Shipping policy
We ship to any place in India where our official shipping firm can reach. Please check your location from ‘Track your order’ link in our home page before placing the order. Price of the product is inclusive of shipping charges.
If your item is in stock, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days and if not in stock please expect to receive it within 15 business days of your order. Each item is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped. Delays caused by shipping firm, incorrect address or external factors are beyond our control, but we apologize for any inconvenience.
You will receive order email confirmation immediately upon placing order. We will intimate you of the shipping reference no. by SMS or other digital messaging service for tracking through ‘Track my order’ link in our home page.
If you do not receive your order within 14 days after the above timeline, please contact us as per ‘Reach Us’ section in our home page. We request you to read ‘Exchange and Refund policy’ in our home page to know about more about how process of return, exchange and refund works.
We cannot offer credit for orders not received after 30 days if we have shipped your purchase and the tracking information shows delivery has been made.

Our products involve a lot of handwork, from producing the handprinted fabric to hand embroidery. Weather conditions and mother nature can interfere with some of the hand-dyeing techniques, and there are occasional unforeseen problems. This means that products you order from us may occasionally not ship on time. Be assured that the artisans are working hard to make these items on priority and get it to you as soon as possible.
